ISN'T AFTERPAY AVAILABLE IN AMERICA ONLY?

Luckily for you, no! They used to be in America only, but exciting news--Afterpay has just launched in Canada too! We couldn't be happier because now we can provide you with all the easiest and best payment methods there are to offer. 

HOW DO I USE AFTERPAY?

Simply shop on Livify.com as you usually would, then during checkout select "Afterpay" as your payment method. After completing your order you will either be directed to register with Afterpay and provide payment details or if you’ve used Afterpay before, you can simply log in to your Afterpay account — it’s that easy!

WHEN CAN AFTERPAY BE USED?

Afterpay can be used on any purchases over the price of … and under … on our online store at Livify.com. Unfortunately, it can not be used at our retail location.

HOW DOES THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE WORK?

When making a purchase using Afterpay, you are required to make the first payment at the time of purchase. After this, you will have three remaining installments to make that are automatically deducted from your selected payment method every two weeks. Of course, you can always make unscheduled payments before these are due if you want to pay it off sooner. Simply log in to your Afterpay account and make a payment and Afterpay will adjust the amount you owe accordingly.

WHAT IF I MISS AN AFTERPAY INSTALLMENT?

If for some reason you can not make your payment when it is due, late fees may apply. Please refer to Afterpay’s terms of service for more information.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER IF I USE AFTERPAY?

There is no wait! Afterpay orders are shipped and delivered within the same timeframe as all purchases made at Livify.com. For more information on shipping times, please see our shipping and returns page.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH AFTERPAY?

Afterpay returns follow our standard return process. Simply request a return and we can issue a refund for everything paid to date!
